All I kept getting is I am not authorized. ![]() I called Lux2 Transfer 2 months in advance of reservation, yes, 2 months ahead of time!! They Gladly Cancelled my reservation, but refused to issue a refund for services paid for but not received. Delta Airlines changed our flight for May 3 2020, so we are unable to use the transfer service. There business model of never giving refunds on cancellations outside of a 72 hour window is ridiculous. This seem to be a reputable business, But sometimes, circumstances arise beyond an individuals control.
